BuddyPress Links is a drop in link and rich media sharing component for BuddyPress 1.5.x and 1.6.x
If you’re running a BuddyPress Community and would like to give your community the ability to easily share media from across the web, we have the solution! BuddyPress Links is a feature rich Premium BuddyPress plugin that allows your member to share links and rich media (like video) without a hitch. All the content that is shared by your community is displayed in the Links Directory where your users can vote, filter and re-share their links, videos, and images. BuddyPress Links has full integration with all BuddyPress Core components, which means that:- Your members can see the links they’ve submitted on their profile.
- Members can add or share links with groups they are members of.
- A new Activity Stream tab is added so your users can quickly see new links added by friends or across the site, and even comment on them!
